You’ve landed on a bed of ramen noodles. Once upon a time I was eating a delicious bowl of ramen noodles when the thought popped into my mind that I need to do something to keep track of the ramen noodles I’ve tried and enjoyed. Then it occurred to me, why not share it with you? My hope is that I can both keep track of new ramens I try and provide insight on ramen noodles for others.
